Here are some general terms and conditions for you to read if you're choosing to join one of my training courses.

The deposit is non refundable so make sure this is the course that you really really want to join. If you need to cancel your place for any reason, I'll honour your deposit for any future course.
When you pay your deposit, I'll tell you when the balance is due. This depends on when I have to pay other suppliers, such as venue providers or accommodation, so I will give you as much time as I can for this. Once you've paid in full, your place on the course is committed and if you have to drop out then I can't give you a refund at that late stage. If I can find someone to take your place then this would be possible, so if you can help with that then that helps you too. If I can't find someone else then you can attend any of my other courses at no additional cost.

These courses will teach you NLP at a depth you probably won't have experienced before. The Master Practitioner in particular is particularly thorough and intensive. You'll be able to understand people at a whole new level, and you'll be able to create custom interventions mid-conversation. And you'll definitely feel that you've earned your certificate. So be prepared to work hard and have a whale of a time. Providing a safe and fantastic learning experience is our job, getting enough rest and eating and drinking properly is yours.
You can't come on any of these courses if you've got any kind of mental illness that you are receiving treatment for, because this is a training course, not a therapy retreat.
The normal course running times are 09:00 to 17:00 unless your joining instructions state otherwise.
I'll be taking photos that can be used in marketing future courses, and of course you can have copies for your own pleasure.
A valid NLP Practitioner certificate is required for Master Practitioner certification, so anyone can attend, but only current Practitioners will be eligible for Master Practitioner certification.
Similarly, Practitioner and Master Practitioner certificates are required for you to be eligible for Trainer certification.
For the courses in Spain:
The residential element of these courses is very important in building a strong sense of community and trust within the group. Therefore, you have to play an equal part in that community. Everyone plays their part and does their fair share. We won't have a maid or chef running round after us.
If you fall out with anyone on the course, it will be addressed immediately and openly. This isn't Big Brother. There are no cliques. And I promise you, you'll all feel so much better for it.
The courses in Spain are fully inclusive of reasonable food and drink for within the villa. If you want to go out to local restaurants or festivals that's great, but it's not paid for. Also, note the word reasonable. No hiding food under your bed, stuffing your face constantly or getting wild drunk. Unless you have any interesting party tricks that you don't mind seeing on YouTube.
If you arrange a flight which needs you to be at the airport after the course starts or before it ends then you'll need to make your own way at your own cost.
If you arrange a flight outside of the dates that we have access to the villa, you'll need to arrange your own additional accommodation, so check with us before you book your flights.
Since we'll be in a private villa, bedroom space is limited so a non-refundable deposit secures your place and your accommodation.
